- Replaced monolithic test suite (a spreadsheet-replicated-in-code testing all calculations at once) with BDD testing DSL — separating concerns, reducing test runtime, and enabling precise root cause identification on failures

- Built v2 of Anaplan's core calculation engine — an in-memory distributed system with event-driven architecture, processing 10 trillion sparsely populated cells across a 15 quintillion cell space
- Achieved 100-fold performance improvement through metrics-driven optimisation, enabling migration from dedicated data centre infrastructure to usage-based cloud deployment
- Applied Information Theory and Knowledge Representation concepts to reduce computational complexity in sparse dataset aggregation
